Welcome to M Center. These Terms of Service describe the rules for using our website (mcenter.co.tz) and any of the services we provide — including our IT services, IT solutions, and our live apps.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

M Center is open to anyone using it in good faith — individuals, small businesses, and enterprises. By using our site, you confirm that:

M Center is an IT services and IT solutions company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Through our website, we offer:

• IT services and IT solutions — our primary focus.
• Live services — including M Mall, M Movies, M Design, and other MCenter apps as we release them.
• M Search — a search tool to find content across our services and selected external sources.
• Informational pages — about us, our services, and how to reach us.

We may add, change, or discontinue any part of our site or services at any time.

§ 04 Using the site fairly

You're welcome to browse, use, and share M Center links. However, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, break, or overload our website or servers.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our content, code, or design without permission.
• Use our site to post or share anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.
• Impersonate M Center, our team, or other users.
• Scrape or bulk-download content using automated tools without our consent.

We reserve the right to block or restrict access if these rules are broken.

§ 05 Payments

For services we offer that involve payment — such as custom website builds, IT projects, or premium features — the following applies:

• Payment terms, pricing, and delivery timelines are agreed individually with each client before work begins.
• We discuss and confirm all details on WhatsApp or email before any payment is made.
• Accepted payment methods, deposit structure, and delivery terms are shared directly with each client.

We do not process online payments through this website at this time.

§ 06 Refunds & cancellations

Because every project we deliver is custom and agreed upon individually:

• Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• If a project hasn't started, you may request a cancellation and a full refund.
• If work has already begun, we'll discuss a fair solution based on the progress made.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

§ 07 Intellectual property

All content on M Center — including our logo, name, brand, design, code, text, and graphics — belongs to M Center or its partners, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

• Share links to our website freely.
• Quote small excerpts with clear credit to M Center.

You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content, code, or brand without our written permission.

§ 08 Liability limits

We work hard to keep M Center running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will never have issues. To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We provide our website and services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
